We’ll explain it to you simply. The Universal Supply Point Code (CUPS) is like the ID of your home’s electricity supply. It never changes, no matter how many times you switch providers or tariffs, and you need it for any modifications or management of your home’s electricity.
You can find it in the Contract Details section of any of your electricity bills.
You can also sign up easily through our website.
Or if you prefer to do this in person?. Check here for the nearest point-of-sale.
