The CUPS consists of 20-22 characters with the following meaning:

If you have a power greater than 10 kW and/or the price of electricity in the wholesale market is less than €45/MWh, the VAT is 21% (and the IGIC is 3% in the Canary Islands). The indicated prices will have the regulated cost associated with the financing mechanism for the social bonus added, which is €.038455 per day. The prices mentioned above do not include the amount corresponding to the Gas Adjustment Mechanism (RDL 10/2022) in our rates effective from September. Despite the recent increase in gas prices and market volatility, we continue to work to offer all our customers fair prices with a long-term commitment.
